Welcome to Scribble Math! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scribble Math interactive learning application ("App") operated by CurioKids LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Scribble Math, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.
Scribble Math is a comprehensive iPad learning application designed to provide an engaging, interactive educational experience for students learning mathematics. The app features:
To use certain features of Scribble Math, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Scribble Math is designed for educational use by children. For users under 13 years of age, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parental consent is required before we collect any personal information from children under 13.

Scribble Math is intended solely for educational purposes. The App provides mathematics learning content designed for 5th grade students (ages 10-11) but may be suitable for other grade levels.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
All content in Scribble Math, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio files, software, and educational materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of drawings, solutions, and other content they create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content for educational purposes and to provide the service.
New users receive 2 free trial classes to experience Scribble Math. The trial is class-based, not time-based—you have 2 completed classes to try before a subscription is required. After completing your 2nd trial class, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue accessing new classes. Progress and data from trial classes are retained if you choose to subscribe.
Scribble Math offers two auto-renewing monthly subscription plans:
Your subscription tier determines your class schedule frequency. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time (see Section 8.7).
All subscription payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase via the iOS App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies. We do not directly process or store your credit card or payment method information—Apple handles all payment processing securely.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month on your renewal date unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the then-current subscription price (see Section 8.10 for price changes).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to classes until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Parent accounts can manage multiple child learner accounts. One subscription covers all children under a parent account—you do not need separate subscriptions for each child. The subscription is attached to the parent account, and all children inherit the subscription tier and access level.
You may change your subscription plan at any time through the app or iOS Settings. When upgrading (Basic to Standard), you will be charged the prorated difference immediately, and your renewal date remains the same. When downgrading (Standard to Basic), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and you retain Standard access until then.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple, and Apple controls all refund decisions. We cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple's refund policy.
If a subscription renewal payment fails, Apple will retry billing for up to 16 days. During this billing retry period, you may continue to access classes. If payment continues to fail, your account may enter a grace period with limited access. After the grace period expires, your subscription will be marked as expired, and you will need to update your payment method and resubscribe to continue accessing new classes. Your learning progress and data will be retained.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and/or in-app notification. The new price will apply to your next renewal after the notice period. You may cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect if you do not wish to pay the new price.
If you reinstall the app or use Scribble Math on a different device with the same Apple ID, you can restore your subscription by tapping "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. This will sync your subscription status with Apple's records at no additional charge.
If your subscription expires (due to cancellation or failed payment), you will no longer be able to start new classes. However, your learning progress, completed work, and account data will be retained for 90 days to allow you to resubscribe and continue where you left off.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Scribble Math.
While Scribble Math is designed to support mathematics education, it should not replace formal instruction. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or results.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Scribble Math immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Continued use of Scribble Math after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is located.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
